- De-core cabbage and discard/compost the core. Thinly slice the remaining cabbage.
- Add butter to sautΓ© pan and melt over medium heat.
- Once butter has melted, add cabbage, salt, pepper, and paprika and stir so cabbage is evenly covered with seasonings and butter.
- SautΓ© for 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally (every 2-3 minutes to prevent sticking to pan).
- Serve warm as a side.
